This initiative aims to prioritize the mental health of entrepreneurs in Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq, helping them face the challenges and obstacles imposed by the current economic and political climate.   Acknowledging the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs and FDPs, the program will focus on providing tailored psychological support. This includes offering personalized counseling sessions, access to Arabic-speaking therapists on the Arab Therapy platform, and workshops focusing on building resilience and coping mechanisms. Ragia Amr, StartMashreq Program Director, expressed great enthusiasm about this collaboration, stating, "Our mission at StartMashreq goes beyond financial support; it fundamentally revolves around creating an inclusive environment for startups in the Levant. By collaborating with Arab Therapy, we address a vital aspect of entrepreneurship - the mental and emotional well-being of business owners. We believe that mental health is essential for achieving sustainable business success." Dr. Tarek Dalbah, CEO and Co-Founder of Arab Therapy, said, "Entrepreneurship is inherently a challenging journey, and the current regional context adds more pressures. Through this partnership, we aim to ensure that entrepreneurs receive the support they need to prioritize their mental health and well-being. By making psychological therapy accessible, culturally connected, and free, we aim to contribute to the overall mental wellness of entrepreneurs."   The StartMashreq Program and Arab Therapy Platform are developing a training and psychological support program that provides essential tools and resources for entrepreneurs to navigate the complexities of starting businesses. The program aims to equip participants with strategies to overcome challenges, reduce stress, and build resilience in the face of difficulties.
